Second: fill out the form in word. Handwritten will not be accepted. Save the form because it must be included in the email of materials to UMAC's email address provided below.
Third: print the form and take it and the entry fee $15.00 to one of the listed members below accepting money. The printed form is a proof of payment so you must leave it with the UMAC member.
Fourth: send an email to UMAC's email address provided below with the following attached. Images in the appropriate format (SEE ENTRY FORM), the form, and a word document of an artist statement no more than 150 words.
Artists of work accepted will be emailed with details for work drop off.
NOTE: If you are having your work documented by UMAC (Submissions to Louis in the Resource Center on Monday Feb 14th and Tuesday Feb 15th from 10-2, you must have a printed version of the form and fees ($15.00 entry fee and $5.00 for photographing) to drop off work.
